Cooking course

A culinary week in which Ahmed is keen to share his passion for cooking with his students and encourage the art of making good food. He has cooked for years in the kitchen of Art et Création. French and Mediterranean cuisines serve as inspiration. In the Saint Bérain kitchen uses fruit and vegetables from our own garden combined with fresh local products from the region (fish, meat and poultry). Every day you go into the kitchen with up to 4 other students. Ahmed will teach various cooking techniques and during the week you will get more insight into the different cooking processes.

Every day we prepare a threecourse dinner. Ahmed will introduce you to surprising dishes and combinations. On Thursday morning we visit a local fruit and vegetable market, consult a local cheese farm and visit a wine cellar for wine tasting.
