The reservation becomes effective when the client has paid Art et Creation a deposit equal to 40% of the total amount of the price of the stay. 100% in case of booking less than 14 days before arrival.

Payment of the Balance

The balance of the stay is to be paid before departure,

On departure, the customer will receive an invoice with the details of the service, the amount of the accommodation, the amount of any additional services, the amount of the tourist tax, the amount of the VAT applied.

Use of the rooms

The customer must respect the quiet character of the location and make use of it in accordance with the destination. He/she also undertakes to return the rooms entrusted to him/her in good condition. As the house is non-smoking, the client agrees to respect this instruction in the house during his/her stay. Traffic in the room and stairwell must be without shoes.

Cancellation of the stay by client

Any change to the reservation, date, room, is possible only with the agreement of the owner and may possibly incur additional charges, and will be made based on availability on the date of the change.

If the cancellation is made more than 60 calendar days before the arrival date, the deposit paid at the time of booking will be refunded in full to the customer. With a deduction of €15 administration fee.

If the cancellation takes place between the 60th calendar day and the 3rd calendar day before the arrival date, the booking deposit remains with the owner.

If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the arrival date, you will owe the owner the full amount of the reservation.

In case of early departure during the stay, the full reserved service is due.

If the customer does not show up before 11 p.m. on the day scheduled for the start of the stay, the reservation will be automatically canceled and the owner will be able to dispose of his rooms. The deposit will remain with the owner who will then be entitled to claim the balance of the price of the accommodation.

Cancellation by the owner: if the owner cancels before the start of the stay, he must inform the customer by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. Without prejudice to a claim for compensation for any damage suffered, the customer will immediately be refunded the sums paid.

Number of persons/children/pets

A room reservation is made for a certain number of people. If the number of customers exceeds this number, the owner is entitled to refuse additional customers or to refuse access. This refusal can in no way be considered a modification or breach of contract on the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of the departure of the customer no refund can be considered and the balance remains due and payable.
