His surprising dishes are colourful and tasteful. He combines materials from our own garden with traditional French products to offer a Mediterranean cuisine with Arabic influences. During the three course meal, enjoy his creativity. Of course, that includes a suitable and beautiful wine. Every day we serve a dinner, in fine weather outside on the terrace with a view over the valley, in colder weather in the “old cafe of the village”, now our dining room, equipped with a wood stove. Ahmed always uses fresh products in his cooking. fruits and vegetables are usually homegrown. The meat (Organic) comes from our Auvergne region and the eggs come from our chickens. Honey from our very own hives.
